BANG & OLUFSEN AND THE CITY OF STRUER REVOLUTIONIZES THE GENRE OF RUNNING EVENTS WITH THIS ENTIRELY NEW RACE FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER IN DENMARK.
Run to the Beat is already a well-known and established race in England, where it has attracted almost 15.000 runners for many years. The race is founded on music, and this will be the center of both the race and the following party, held in continuation of the race.
You can choose between 2 distances – 10 km and half marathon, in the beautiful surroundings in Struer and the adjoining countryside. The route will take the runners on a scenic tour along the city center and the spectacular coast line, before the runners get the chance to run in-between the old factory areas of Bang & Olufsen, at the finish line. The route will be packed with motivating music stations, where the pumping rhythms will give the runners a very unique experience. In direct continuation of the race, the runners will be led to the large party site, where big musical names will play to create a pleasant and festive atmosphere. You can have a good time with friends and family, while listening to some of the best music Denmark has to offer. The runners can buy tickets for friends and family, who are not participating in the race, but who wants to be part of the big afterparty.
